Showcase Your Skillset and Extensive Business Acumen in Human Resource Management in a Final Project

Final Project (20 ECTS)

A Final Project (Capstone) is a multifaceted assignment that serves as a culminating academic and intellectual experience for Master students. Students take what they have learned throughout the course of their Master’s program and apply it to examine a specific idea/problem within their area of specialization. A Final Project involves the identification of an existing problem in a real-world setting and the application of learned skills and methods to develop a solution that addresses the problem directly. There are several options among which students can choose for developing their Final Project: either it may be geared toward research or may be more oriented toward problem-solving. Solutions offered by students are usually interactive and realistic, meaning they can be implemented and used either in professional life or in further research and study.

Malta Campus

Centrally located on the island, GBSB Global Campus is situated in Birkirkara, in a vibrant neighborhood worth exploring and well connected to other popular destinations on the island. Our campus is a detached private building overlooking a quiet side street with a beautiful courtyard, surrounded by a diverse selection of shops and community areas to explore. Students will study in a tranquil environment, equipped with all the resources for comfortable learning, with many basic amenities close at hand.

As a working professional, the flexibility to study while gaining real-world experience was a key factor in my decision to join the program. It not only enhanced my HR expertise but also sparked my entrepreneurial ambitions. During my studies, I developed an idea for an eLearning platform aimed at reducing early drop-out rates and addressing the skills gap in the workforce. I was able to turn it into a startup with G-Accelerator mentorship, which is now also available in Malta – this is an exciting opportunity for future students who might be interested in exploring entrepreneurship.
